Dr. Nicholas Coretti is originally from Southern New Jersey, he graduated from Rutgers University and completed a Masters Degree in Science at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He then went on to complete his Doctorate at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores being awarded several titles such as: Limb Salvage award, Pi Mu Delta Service award, Leadership award and Florida Podiatric Medicine Past President award. He is Board Cetrified in ABPM – American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

After his doctorate, he went to complete a three year surgical residency in forefoot and rear foot surgery at Westchester Hospital in Miami, Florida. There he served as chief resident and was highly active in the Miami-Dade community serving as the Young physician Liaison, Media Coordinator as well as Clinical Instructor at Barry University. During his time he was awarded as Florida Podiatric Medicine Association Leadership award, Med-Law Firm Resident of year nomination, America Health Council “Best in Medicine” nomination, Westchester Podiatric service award as well as the Westchester Foot Print award.

He covers six hospitals, two surgical centers, two wound care centers as well as several nursing communities throughout the area. He has recently been awarded Medi-law firm Physician of the year nomination as well Board Qualified by the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgery (AACFAS) and Board Certified by the American Board of Wound Management (CWSP).

He is certified in several other specialties among foot and ankle surgery such as STAR total ankle replacement, certified in foot and ankle arthroscopy by ABFAS, phlebotomy and sclerosing agent of the lower extremity and dispensing functional orthotics. He is a proud member of the FPMA servicing on several committees such as Insurance Committee member, Membership committee and proud to stay apart of the Miami-Dade Podiatric Medical Association.

He enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and outdoor activities with his wife and son. He enjoys playing golf and recently was apart of the annual “Birdies for Hearts” tournament among others hosted by the MDPMA. As a project, he created the company Good Advice LLC to help educate the next generation of students with their career goals and understands the importance of mentorship at a young age.

He hopes to achieve quality podiatric service at his office with building sound relationships with his patients and providing the best medical service. He is an avid believer of proper bed-side manor and courtesy. His goals are to establish a well-rounded podiatric office with friendly care, proper management, respect and understanding to his patients.

Some conditions that he treats are: Heel pain, Diabetic foot care, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, bunion, hammertoes, fungal nails, acute and chronic fractures of the foot and ankle, pediatrics, geriatrics, sports injuries, cosmetics of the foot.
